Abhishek Tripathi is an Advocate practicing at the Supreme Court of India, offering a unique combination of nearly two decades of elite banking leadership and sharp legal acumen. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and AIBE Certified, he transitions into the legal profession following a distinguished corporate banking career. He has served in top-tier roles, including Associate Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Assistant Vice President at AU Small Finance Bank, and headed the branch at Axis Bank. This deep institutional background grants him an insider’s understanding of corporate governance, financial operations, and administrative frameworks—making him a formidable ally in complex commercial disputes.

Leveraging his extensive commercial experience, Mr. Tripathi handles diverse legal matters across all litigation forums, specializing in Banking & Finance Litigation (covering regulatory disputes, debt recovery, and non-compliance), Commercial Corporate Law (including insolvency, restructuring, and contractual breaches), White-Collar Crime (handling corporate fraud and economic offences), and Government Business involving policy and administrative disputes.

He represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, and specialised judicial bodies, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and Consumer Protection Forums.
